On the occasion of Cincinnati’s Contemporary Arts Center 75th anniversary, the Memory Palace exhibition presented memory as soft, malleable clay. Rather than galvanizing history or renewing the supposed fixity of facts, Memory Palace, instead revels in remembering as a creative act: highlighting the way our recollections shift actual histories into imperfect, but quintessentially human legacies.

The piece is a live computationally based video projection that collates photographs uploaded by visitors to the museum and calculates degrees of similarly between different images (based on content colours and shapes) to mesh common and disparate human experiences.
